How long does it take for my order to ship?

Typically 1-3 business days if the item is in stock. Some products are made to order and  will therefore ship within 7-10 business days. As a small new brand, we are launching with low inventory and will sell out quickly. Our goal is to grow that inventory to keep waiting periods low. However, when we launch preorders for new colors and designs please be patient and expect a longer shipping period.  As of right now all hats are available and will show a preorder option if they are not.

What is the quality of your products? 

All of our products are triple checked for any discrepancies. We don't tolerate low quality items and we use high quality manufacturers with years of experience to manufacture our products so it’s not likely to have any discrepancies with any order. We care about our brand and name and believe that quality along with our message will help us achieve our goals.

Do you allow refunds?
The only way to receive a refund for an item is if you contact customer service within 7 business days of receiving your order with a picture of the product describing the issue. The customer will have to pay the shipping fee, and once we receive the item we will confirm the refund which will take up to 10 business days, but usually goes back to you within 3.
